Don't see your area?

I work throughout the Main Line and Greater Philadelphia. Wherever you're looking, reach out and I'll share what I know.

New to the Area

Moving to the Main Line

Relocating to the Philadelphia suburbs? Here's a real feel for the area — and how I'll help you land in exactly the right spot.

The "Main Line" is a string of historic, leafy towns running west from Philadelphia along the old Pennsylvania Railroad — Narberth, Ardmore, Haverford, Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Radnor, Wayne, and more — spread across Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester counties. It's known for beautiful architecture, top-tier schools, walkable village centers, and an easy ride into the city.

Historic, Walkable Towns

From Narberth's tight-knit borough to Ardmore's Suburban Square and Wayne's storybook downtown, each town has its own character — tree-lined streets, local shops and cafés, and homes ranging from rowhomes and twins to grand stone estates.

Schools & Families

The Main Line is home to some of Pennsylvania's most respected public districts — Lower Merion, Radnor, and Tredyffrin/Easttown — plus a deep bench of well-regarded private and parochial schools. It's a genuinely family-friendly place to put down roots.

Getting Around

SEPTA's Paoli/Thorndale Regional Rail runs right through the classic Main Line towns and into Center City in roughly 25–45 minutes. The Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) and the Blue Route (I-476) keep you connected, with Philadelphia International Airport about 30–40 minutes away.

Life on the Main Line

There's a lot to love close to home: college-town energy from Villanova, Bryn Mawr, and Haverford; standout shopping at Suburban Square and nearby King of Prussia; farmers markets, country clubs, and a strong restaurant scene; and green space everywhere — Valley Forge National Historical Park, the Wissahickon, and miles of trails. It's leafy and traditional, but lively and well-connected.

How I make relocating easy

Moving to a new area is a lot — especially from out of town. Here's how I take the stress out of it:

  • Match you to the right town for your commute, schools, lifestyle, and budget
  • Walk you through homes with live video tours so you can shop from anywhere
  • Give you an honest, on-the-ground read on each neighborhood
  • Connect you with a vetted lender, inspector, attorney, and movers
  • Coordinate your purchase with the sale of your current home
  • Help you get settled and find your favorites after closing day

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions I hear most. Don't see yours? Just ask.

Getting pre-approved with a lender. It tells you exactly what you can afford and makes your offers far stronger in a competitive market. Happy to connect you with a few lenders I trust.
It varies by loan — some programs go as low as 3%, others are 10–20% — and there are first-time buyer programs worth exploring. We'll figure out what fits your situation, and we'll budget for closing costs too. (My affordability and cash-to-close calculators above are a good starting point.)
Real estate commissions are negotiable and always spelled out in writing before we work together — no surprises. I'll walk you through exactly how it works for your situation, whether you're buying or selling, right up front.
I price using real, recent comparable sales in your specific neighborhood — not a guess or an automated estimate. Pricing right from day one is the single biggest factor in selling quickly and for top dollar. Request a free home valuation and I'll put real numbers in front of you.
It depends on your finances and the market, and there are solid strategies either way. I'll help you weigh the trade-offs and time it so you're not caught between two homes — this is exactly the kind of thing to talk through together.
Usually not a full renovation. The goal is to remove obvious objections and present the home well. I'll walk through with you and tell you honestly which fixes are worth the money and which aren't.
The Main Line and Greater Philadelphia — Gladwyne, Bryn Mawr, Ardmore, Wayne, Narberth and beyond, plus city neighborhoods like Manayunk, Fishtown, and Center City. Not sure if you're in my area? Just ask.
